The artist
David Codjo
David Codjo has been drawing since he was a child. He spent years as a designer for luxury houses including Cartier and Gucci, and for the defense industry, where a line in the wrong place is not a style choice but a failure.
That discipline is why his drawings can afford to be loose. A figure arrives in a handful of strokes of red or yellow, nothing is fussed over, and the confidence sits in everything he leaves out. It takes a long time to earn a line that quick. He works between Vietnam and the Emirates.

Every print is a museum-grade archival giclée, made to order, and the paper is chosen for the print itself. Open editions print on smooth enhanced matte fine art paper with rich colour and true blacks. The Masters and our limited editions print on Hahnemühle museum papers, from 100% cotton Photo Rag to textured German Etching, whose warm-white tooth reads like the original canvas.
